Play is the child’s natural means of expressing their innermost fears, anxieties and emotions which they are unable to express in words. Play therapy provides a safe, non-threatening space for emotional difficulties to be spoken about and understood.

Some common presenting problems which benefit from Play Therapy intervention (this list is by no means exhaustive):

  • Behaviour
  • Concentration
